SNOW MOBILES IN NATIONAL PARKS

The National Park Service has made a decision to allow snow mobiles continued access in Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks.

Conservation groups are going to appeal a court review. The decision was to allow 540 sleds per day into the park. The conservation groups want to switchfrom snow mobiles to coaches to protect the natural resources. This decision is ignoring the park services stand on impacts of snow mobiles.
