KIDS SHOCKED AT SPECIAL EDUCATION SCHOOL

The Judge Rotenberg Educational Center in Canton, Mass. , is using shock therapy on students. And the parents are o k with this because they can't control their kids. This is the last stop for these special education students when no other schools can deal with them.

The parents say that this is the only school that teaches their child how to behave, not just keeping them doped up. It costs over 200 thousand a year per student for care. There is an enrollment of more than 200 children.

The students wear backpacks with a device that will allow staff members to deliver shocks to electrodes attached to limbs, torso, feet and psalms. I thought this therapy was stopped years ago. The kids parents have o k'ed this, so I guess the kids have no rights.
