LAND ROVER CUTS BACK PRODUCTION

British carmaker Land Rover, recently taken over by Indian industrial giant TATA, has told employees it will scale back production because of a slowdown and credit crunch.

They are avoiding a backlog because of market conditions in Britain and the United States. Production will go from 5 days to 4 and the night shift will be halted. Land Rover employs around 5000 people in England.

Holland's largest newspaper, TELEGRAAF,reports that a decision has been made by the United States to attack Iran in the next few weeks.

ACLU DENIED ACCESS TO PROTESTORS IN DENVER

Protestor's are being denied access to attorneys and forced to appear in court barefoot and their legs in shackles.

They cannot use phones to post bail. Denver law enforcement refused to let arrestee's meet with the Peoples Law Project and the ACLU.

I AM PUZZLED ABOUT THE OVER 130 PRESENT VOTES BY OBAMA

I would like to know why Barak Obama answered present over one hundred and thirty times in his voting record. I am told that a present vote is a no vote.

Why couldn't he have just said no ? I think it was the easy way out.

JESSIE JACKSON HAD THE AUDACITY TO SHOW UP AT THE DNC.

I was outdone that Jessie Jackson showed his face at the convention when he made those vulgar remarks about Barak Obama. But I guess he thought since his son was the national chairman for Obama,it was o k .

I knew he wanted the chance to be seen and adored by what few people that have respect for him, but I think it was wrong for him to go with the remarks he made on television.He loves the cameras.

PROTESTORS SURROUND FOX NEWS CAMERAMAN AT DNC

Things looked hairy as protestors surrounded Fox News cameramen and told them to go home. They called them a media whore. They didn't want to hear the fair and balanced theme that was thrown at them.

Police had to come in to restore order.

MARGARET THATCHER HAS DEMENTIA

The former British prime minister's daughter is talking about how she cannot remember the simplest facts.

The daughter has published a book about how her mother struggles to finish a sentence. But she perks up when talking about her time in Downing Street.

The title of Carol Thatcher's book is " A Swim-On Part In The Goldfish Bowl".Mrs. Thatcher is starting to ask the same questions over and over again., unaware she was doing so. She also forgets that her husband Denis, died in 2003.

Margaret Thatcher was Britain's first and so far only female Prime Minister. She was the head of the Conservative Government from 1979 to 1990. She had a series of small strokes and gave up speaking in public in 2003.

RICK WARREN AFTER THE FORUM

Rick Warren told Beliefnet.com that Barak Obama is going to have to do more than" talk faith" to win evangelical votes, and compares an evangelical Christian voting for a pro-choice politician to a jew voting for a holocaust denier.

A reporter said that he didn't find a single church member who said he or she would vote for Barak Obama.

The whole thing was rigged. Obama knew the cards were stacked against him , but he could not turn the forum down if he is to be a President for all people.

Rick Warren is against abortion, and gay rights. But he is for the Iraq War.

Barak Obama is pro-choice, for gay rights and against the Iraq war.

So I guess Obama knew what he was against when Warren gave him the Judas hug and called him his friend. I'll bet it seemed like he was Daniel in the lions den, or Jonah in the belly of the whale.

"RICK WARREN'S FORUM A HOAX ?? "

Rick Warren's forum was a hoax. He said McCain was in a cone of silence, when in fact he was in his limo. The media saw him when he disembarked from the motorcade. Thank God for the media.

So McCain saw the telecast and knew all of the questions before he came on stage. And he probably was coached with the answers. This really lowers their credibility with me as well as many of the American public.

Barak Obama is no dummy. He probably knew there was a catch to the game. But he is smart enough to go along with that. He is that confident of himself. It seems that he could have an answer for every question that was thrown at him.

I think Obama accepted the invitation because he could get his message out to the evangelicals and it was free. So all was not lost.

RICK WARREN'S FORUM

It was shocking to hear that Rick Warren charged from $500 dollars to 2,000 dollars. I thought that it would have been free.

People that lived in Orange County said they were not permitted to get tickets. All of the tickets were supposedly sold to media and vip's.

Orange County's newspapers gave views from people who were very dissapointed in Rick Warren.
