ARE ALL THE SERIAL KILLERS GOING TO FLOCK TO NEW JERSEY NOW?

Now that New Jersey is going to scrap the death penalty, are all the serious offenders going to move there. We will see. Some people say that the death penalty is no deterrant for them. They just don't care.
