VETS DENIED G.I.BENEFITS

Our vets are being denied their Chapter 30 G.I. and medical benefits. These benefits were promised to them when they enlisted.

Soldiers from the National Guard are taking a class action to get the benefits.You have to be on active duty for two years to get benefits. They are sent back to American soil five days earlier to void that action.

In the past, the National Guard was not considered active duty until 2005 when they were sent to Iraq for almost 800 days. This was short of the two years.
