Someone told me today that the bank put a 24 hr hold on a cash deposit. I told them that I had never heard of such a thing. I suggested they close the account immediately.
She said it wasn't possible because they had automatic payment of all their bills. The person also went to their other bank to cash a check, and they would not cash the check.
I am really getting leary of the banking system. If you have money in both banks, and they don't want you to withdraw your own money out.
