KATHERINE JACKSON TO RELEASE MICHAEL JACKSON COFFEE TABLE BOOK

The book will be called "Never Can Say Goodbye: The Katherine Jackson Archives." The book will reportedly consist of photos on one page and Katherine's thoughts and memories on another ... and will be sold through a website, www.jacksonsecretvault.com.

The site also says Katherine gave an interview with former MJ confidante Marc Schaffel in an effort to promote the book -- a curious decision because Schaffel was heavily involved in Michael's life at one point, but the two had a huge falling out which resulted in several lawsuits.

As we first reported, Katherine plans on taking Michael's kids -- Prince, Paris, and Blanket -- to Michael's hometown of Gary, IN on the anniversary of his death.

JOE JACKSON SEEKS A FAMILY ALLOWANCE FROM MICHAEL JACKSON'S ESTATE

Joe Jackson does not stand to inherit any of his son's assets and cannot challenge the appointment of the executors chosen by the singer to handle his will, according to the judge.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said Joe Jackson was not named in the will but he could pursue a motion to receive a family allowance because he claimed Michael supported him.

His expenses exceed $15,000 a month, according to court documents. The 2002 will of Michael Jackson omitted any mention of his father. The court documents said Joe Jackson receives $1,700 monthly from Social Security, and he relied on his son for support for many years.

The documents stated, "He does not have a regular source of income, and he was dependent upon the money provided by his son, Michael Jackson, through his wife, Katherine Jackson, for his support.

The judge has scheduled a hearing for December 10 on Joe Jackson's request for the family allowance. Katherine Jackson's new probate attorney Adam Streisand suggested that she would support that request.

Also what about Liza Minnelli and Elizabeth Taylor ? They are privy to all the info that Michael has shared with them for these 40 years.

I think the family made a mistake to shun them. They might miss the opportunity to get the children because they might need one of these women to come to court and testify in their behalf.

I think they are getting some bad advice. Whoever it is It seems they are being kept from people who could help them.

That's what Michael Jackson preached, world harmony. But even the people that loved and sang the song, don't feel that way. They don't want Michael's kids with Katherine Jackson who is his mother, and they don't want them with Diana Ross. Is it a "black thing ?"

They don't want them raised in a black home, but they also don't want them with the mother, Debbie Rowe. What do these news anchors want ? They have to analyze everything.

These kids are going to have emotional problems anyway. They might be difficult to handle later. This is a big task to take on. I would hope that the judges would take into consideration what the kids want and to appoint an attorney for them and monitor them until they get of legal age. And to remove them if necessary.

I think Diana Ross is a very good choice as guardian for Michael Jackson's children. Michael had traveled all over the world and watched many parents and how they raised their children. Diana seemed to keep her children out of the spotlight and tried to get them a good education. So Michael must have seen her as a nurturing and loving mother and she must have reminded him of his mother, Katherine. It seems that Diana kept her children grounded.

WILL A PUBLIC INQUEST BE ORDERED IN THE CASE OF MICHAEL JACKSON'S DEATH ?

There are so many questions left unanswered that I think an inquest is in order. The cloud of suspicion needs to be removed. His parents want the right to subpoena witnesses and find out all the circumstances surrounding his death. They also want to know who exactly was in the house at the time of his death.

I wonder if the children will be ordered to take a DNA test to see if Debbie Rowe is the biological mother or is she is a surrogate ? And if Michael is the biological father and Joe and Katherine are the biological grandparents ?
