China says the U S and Saudi Arabia and other wealthy nations created global warming with their lifestyle and consumption. They are the worst with poor policies for climate problems and letting greenhouse gases rise.
A top climate expert in China, Su Wei, said the job belongs to the wealthy. Asking developing nations for emission cuts are unfair.
