DEFECTIVE ABSENTEE BALLOTS

I was notified today by the Registrar Of Voters that I may have a defective ballot. The ballot printer reported that new equipment might have scored the ballots too deeply before they were folded, causing parts of the ballot to separate upon opening by voters.

I was advised to avoid folding the ballot backward against the folds, as this will likely cause the ballot to tear. It seems that with the length of time between election dates , that all the kinks are ironed out.
