Rebbie was the logical choice to get Michael Jackson's children until their appointed guardian or attorney makes his decision and approved by the court. I think it is a circus in that house.
Janet is also a good choice, but Michael knew that she had her career to pursue. Marlon is the only brother that seems to have himself together. Jermaine is a chip off the old block. He seems the most like Joe. He always has some business deal or plan or scheme to make money.
Maybe if Michael had allowed Jermaine around more this wouldn't have happened to him. If Katherine tries to make herself the administrator of Michael's will, I think she will only hurt herself. Every bit of language that comes from that family will be held against them by the court.
Michael was not incompetent if he was still supporting his mother and looking out for her well being. It seems that he was not into supporting his siblings anymore. He paid for his success by his own blood sweat and tears.
