I think it is despicable for persons to profit off Michael Jackson's death. The promoters wanted to charge 25 dollars for tickets. Are they also going to sell beer and popcorn, music,t-shirts, caps, posters also?
This is to make a mockery of his death. I'll bet Michael would be distressed to know how little they are caring about his legacy and his grieving fans. These muckrakers are disgraceful. If the siblings and Katherine had any respect for Michael, they should call this off and have the event in another venue.
This memorial is being treated like a circus. Are they going to have stage props and an opening ceremony like the olympics ? If the promoters and the family have such disregard for Michael's legacy, I hope the fans will voice their disapproval and protest. I would not buy anything that the company "AEG" promotes.
