PRESIDENT OBAMA HAS CHOSEN FIVE AMBASSADORS

The persons chosen are; Louis Susman, a retired vice chairman of Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking, for the post in Britain.

Miguel H. Diaz, an associate professor of theology at the college of St. Benedict and St. John's University in Collegeville, Minn., as the envoy to the Vatican.

Former Rep. Tim Roemer of Indiana, a Democrat who served on the Sept. 11 commission, was selected to be ambassador to New Delhi.

Charles Rivkin, a former homeland security advisor as ambassador to France.

John Roos, an Internet lawyer as a top diplomat to Japan.

These nominations will require confirmation by the senate.
