I think Janet should be the logical choice to get control of Michael's estate because she and Michael were the successful ones in the family. They were close and Janet is a businesswoman as well as an entertainer.
Questions are being asked about why Katherine Jackson is being thrust out front as the person filing the motions in the court. I don't think there is anyone else that will pass the squeaky test. It is unknown whether they could pass the fitness test given by the Department of Health Services.
And they know the tabloids and investigators would go over their lives with a fine tooth comb. That's why the other siblings won't step forward. They don't want the intrusive reporters digging into their past.
