President Barak Obama and his head green person, Van Jones, have a plan that will solve the green crises. 5 million new green-collar jobs that will stimulate the economy. The 2009 Green Outsourcing Report, annual industry study conducted by Brown-Wilson Group, found that they are outsourced to India.
The report surveyed 4,000 businesses around the world. US corporations have off shored more than 22,000 new green-collar jobs to India alone. Indian labor suppliers have invested in hardware,waste disposal, recycling, and eco-friendly buildings.
