A co-pilot of Air Canada shouting and screaming" I need to talk to you God". He had to be forcibly restrained by tying up his ankles and wrists and handcuffing him to a seat.
The breakdown occured on a flight from Toronto to London, one hour into the flight. They had to make an emergency landing in Ireland where he was taken off the plane and hospitalized.
