FEMA officials brushed aside field workers concerns about the formaldhyde.Residents were complaining they were ill from the fumes.After a congressional hearing, sales were halted.
GSA auctioned off used FEMA trailers. They are not covered in the buy back plan. A class action lawsuit has been filed in New orleans by 500 individuals.
