WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AT THREE O'CLOCK THIS MORNING

I am wondering who answered the phone this morning when the military office in Times Square was attacked? Hillary Clinton has said that she would be one with experience if she would be nominated. That was the first thing that came to my mind. But we all know that the President is almost always the last one called.
